1. Reveal the hurt.
Psalm 32:3 “When I kept silent, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.” NIV

2. Release the people.
Matthew 18:21, 22 Then Peter came to Jesus and asked, “Lord, how many times shall I forgive my brother when he sins against me? Up to seven times?” Jesus said “I tell you, not seven times, but seventy-seven times.” NIV
